Free parking is available. ⏳ Grace Period A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may require a shortened service or rescheduling. 📅 Cancellation Policy No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged. Cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged. Color services: Cancellations/rescheduling within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled color service total. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please text or call and leave a voicemail as soon as possible. You can also manage your appointment through your confirmation email by selecting “Manage Appointment.” Please be respectful of the time reserved specifically for you.
