ARIBELLA BEAUTY STUDIO POLICIES Please review before your appointment- Location & Parking We're located at Sola Salon Studios, Suite 117a - Chapel Hill, NC Free parking is available on-site. Grace Period We offer a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or shortened to stay on schedule. Deposits & Payments A card is required to book. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service total. We accept card, cash, or Apple Pay. Cancellations/No-Shows Please cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged 50-100% of the service total. No Extra Guests Due to limited space, only the client being serviced is allowed in the suite. No kids or additional guests unless approved in advance. Service Guarantee Your satisfaction matters! If you have any concerns, please reach out within 3 days of your service so we can make it right. Late Appointments Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a canceled or adjusted service.
